Recently we ran into a challenge. A small Google update has made it so our tool can't scrape Google Maps reviews at scale the way it was before.
We're currently exploring new implementations to fix this.
The good news: no matter what we end up doing with Enrich.Directory, we'll 100% make it right. Whether that's a refund or a new version of the tool that accomplishes the same thing, we're committed to taking care of you. I don't want to make promises on the specifics just yet, but I wanted you to know what's going on.
For now, Enrich.Directory is temporarily out of service while we work on a solution. We have a record of all your existing credits, so nothing is lost.
