These terms cover your use of shipyourdirectory.com, the SYD Pro membership, the member portal and its tools (together, "SYD"). By using SYD you agree to them. If you have questions, email frey@shipyourdirectory.com.
Your account
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
- One person per membership. Please don't share your login.
Membership and payments
- SYD Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Portal access ends when a subscription is no longer active.
- Payments are non refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Copy, resell, scrape or publicly republish member only content, research or databases.
- Share other members' projects or information outside the portal without their permission.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of SYD.
- Use SYD for anything illegal, harmful or misleading.
- Connect Google accounts or properties you don't have permission to access.
Your content and connected data
You own what you add to SYD, including your projects and the data from accounts you connect. You give us permission to store and process it only to run SYD for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you make a Growth Dashboard project public, you allow other logged in members to see the parts described there.
Our content
SYD's videos, guides, research, databases and tools belong to Ship Your Directory. Your membership gives you a personal, non transferable right to use them while your membership is active.
Advice, not guarantees
SYD shares education, research, data and recommendations, some generated automatically or with AI. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and results are never guaranteed. Traffic estimates and third party data can be wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking anything important.
Third party services
SYD connects to services like Google, Stripe and Circle. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms.
Changes and ending access
We may update SYD and these terms over time. If changes are meaningful we'll update the date above and let members know. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using SYD and cancel at any time.
Limitation of liability
SYD is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ship Your Directory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
